Update

As you may know, our long term vision/mission at Moving Orphans’ Mountains is a two-pronged approach. The first prong is partnerships with churches that have proximity/access to orphans/vulnerable children but don’t have adequate provisions (proximity partners). The second prong is partnerships with churches and individuals who have provisions but not necessarily the proximity/access/opportunity to effectively purpose those provisions towards orphans/vulnerable children (provision partners).

At this time, we have very limited administrative capacity, and managing the provision partner side of MOM has proven to be quite time consuming. This leaves us with very little time to pursue the proximity partner relationships.  At this time in our organizational development, we want to prioritize our efforts towards the proximity partners side of the equation. We have therefore decided to pause the provision partner aspects of our organization at this time. This means we will be pausing all outward facing efforts such as social media, website, newsletters etc. until further notice.

In the meantime, we will continue everything necessary to remain compliant with 501c3 requirements. We will also continue to use our existing funds to support our church partnerships. However, since we will not be communicating our activities on a regular basis, we will no longer accept donations from any sources other than our Board of Directors. If you have an automatic recurring donation setup, we will be ending it at this time.  

Thank you once again for your generosity, prayers, and support over the years. Together, with God’s help, we have already accomplished so much. We look forward to what God can continue to do through MOM in the future.
